I’m excited to share that I’m now working full time here at Sprucely Designed! Running this business has always been my passion project. Like so many of you small business owners, I often had more to do than time to do it in.
Firstly, I’m immeasurably thankful for my wife, Rebekah, for supporting me in this transition and all she does to support me and our business. I’m also so thankful to all of my clients for entrusting me with supporting your businesses. I care as much for each of your businesses as I do my own.
Change is sometimes scary, but don’t worry, I’ve got your back! Here are a few near term changes you can anticipate as I make this transition:
Personal support is in our DNA
You can expect improved levels of support as I organize my time and routines around supporting you. It’s important to me to provide the absolute best support I can. This change helps me do that even more. I’ll still be available for “after hours” support during evenings and weekends as needed, but now I’ll be more available during “business hours” as well.
New support features are coming!
We’ve adopted a new support platform to help me wrangle all those emails, messages, calls, and texts to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. I founded this business around the motto of “friendly, personal support” and that won’t change with this updated platform. You might notice a different format to the email replies or some ## reply above this line ## type messaging, but rest assured, it’s still me behind the keyboard.

I’m always adapting my skills and services to the needs of my clients and an ever-changing landscape of web technologies.
