We’re not a call center or faceless organization. We meet one-on-one with all our clients and are available directly for support when needed. Human-scale support for human-powered businesses. It might take me a little bit longer than that AI chatbot you get somewhere else, but I can guarantee that you’re getting a reply from me, not our new AI overlords.
Customized Services
We understand that every business is unique. That’s why we customize our services to your needs, crafting solutions that are tailored to you. There’s a focus in the industry on rigid “productized services” that can scale infinitely (in the service of chasing that IPO or VC funding of course). But that’s not the business I want to grow. I would much rather keep it small and keep it personal.

It’s hard to know in today’s online environment who you’re actually dealing with. Is that review of a web host based on the performance and features or based on which service has a higher affiliate payout. We pledge to keep our clients’ interests at heart when making product and service recommendations. We even share who we partner with in our disclaimer and pledge to donate any income received from those partnerships.

I manage every one of our client sites as if it were my own. If I’m honest, better than I manage my own — I’m always skipping internal projects to work on clients’ sites. But I’m always evaluating our offerings, exploring options, and testing things to ensure we’re delivering the best possible service for the best value we can for our clients.
Active Collaboration
You might have seen the meme signs of a Mechanic’s Hourly Rate where the price steadily increases if you want to watch, if you want to help, or if you tell the mechanic how to do their job. While amusing, I don’t ascribe to that here at Sprucely. I would much rather work with a client who is active and purposeful with the deliverables for their business. If you “just want a website,” we’re probably not the people to help.

Isaac Russell
Isaac has always had a passion for all things tech. In his free time, he runs a homelab for testing and tinkering with Linux environments, self-hosted services, and smart home automations. Before starting Sprucely, he was a General Manager in a retail department store then a web developer at the local university. He founded Sprucely to help a few friends out with improving their web hosting and infrastructure and now dedicates his time to ensuring clients can spend their time building an incredible business instead of tinkering with their website. He believes that code is, in fact, poetry.
REbekah Russell
Rebekah has always loved words. She spent several years working in higher education in IT and finance, but came back to her roots and is chief content creator for Sprucely Designed. She also manages most of our business admin.
We live in Kentucky, but are passionate about traveling when we can. We particularly love visiting National Parks and would love to fill up our Parks Passport with stamps from as many as we can. At home, we are avid board and video game enthusiasts, and Rebekah loves to bake and crochet whenever she can.
More importantly, home is where our menagerie of cats. Life long literary lovers, we are huge fans of Tolkien’s works. It seems fitting that our furry companions are named after Lord of the Rings characters. Arda, Arwen, Lúthien, Finrod, & Finwë often make appearances on our video calls; keep your eyes open and you might just catch them!
