Quantity and Type of Licenses(Required)

During a transfer, your new subscription must be equal to or greater than the number of licenses in your previous commitment. For example, if your current commitment is for 25 user licenses, you can’t reduce that commitment to 20 user licenses during the transfer.

For an annual plan, you can only reduce your quantity at your renewal date that is your transfer date.

Type of Billing Desired(Required)

If you are on the Annual Plan (Yearly Payments): You can start on a new 12-month subscription with the Annual Plan (either version). When transferred, you do not receive a refund for the prepaid period of service.
Exceptions: For subscriptions on an Annual Plan and within 30 days of the end of the term, you can reduce the number of licenses.

If you are on the Annual Plan (Monthly Payments): You can start on a new 12-month subscription with the Annual Plan (either version). You are not billed for the closeout charge and are charged directly until the date of transfer. The final charge is calculated on a pro rata basis.

If you are on the Flexible Plan: You can either start a new Flexible Plan or a new 12-month subscription with the Annual Plan (either version).
