Share access to accounts needed to support your site via our secure form.

We take security seriously. When you send passwords via email or SMS, they can be transmitted in clear text and could be intercepted by a bad actor during transmission. So we provide this secure form for you to send us any needed account usernames and passwords.

Data is encrypted during transfer and at rest. We purge all account data after it is retrieved.

What Accounts Do We Need?

To transfer hosting, we need access to all accounts associated with the domain nameservers (DNS), the current hosting server, and the website we are migrating. If you would like to provide SFTP details instead of hosting account access, that will also suffice.

1. Domain Registrar Account
   (Such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
2. Current Hosting Account
   (Such as Mediatemple, Siteground, Bluehost, …)
3. Website Administrator Account
   (you can create a new account for Sprucely Designed using the email support@sprucely.net)

To complete a security audit, we need access to  the current hosting server and the website we are migrating. If you would like to provide SFTP details instead of hosting account access, that will also suffice.
