Sprucely Designed, LLC (collectively “Sprucely Designed”, “we”, “us”, and “ours”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Sprucely Designed processes Personal Data in its capacity as a controller (i.e. Sprucely Designed decides what Personal Data is collected and what it is used for) or processor (i.e. Sprucely Designed only processes the data as per the controller’s instructions), as the case may be. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your Personal Data.
What personal data does Sprucely Designed collect and why?

When you visit our Website, Sprucely Designed may collect information, which may include Personal Data, from Individuals as set forth below (collectively referred to as “Collected Data”). For the purposes of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Sprucely Designed shall be the controller for the Collected Data – this means that Sprucely Designed decides what Collected Data is processed and why.
When does Sprucely Designed process Collected Data?
1) Sign-up, billing and Account information.
When you subscribe and sign-up to any of our Service(s), we may collect your (i) contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, IP address, geographic location, or phone number of the Account admin; (ii) billing information, such as credit card number and billing address; (iii) name and email address when Account admin/Agent(s) provide feedback from within the Service(s); and (iv) unique identifiers, such as username, account number or password.
Subject to this Notice and the Terms, we will use such data, including without limitation, to (i) provide you the Service(s); (ii) send you communication from the Service(s); (iii) assess needs of your business to determine or suggest suitable Service(s); (iv) send you requested information about the Service(s); (v) respond to customer service requests, questions and concerns; (vi) administer your Account; (vii) send you promotional and marketing communications (where you have requested us to do so); and (viii) facilitate your transactions with other users when you use our Service(s).
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
- We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Sprucely Designed may change this privacy policy from time to time at Sprucely Designed’s sole discretion.

- Right to request for deletion of any Personal Data collected about you by Sprucely Designed.

We respond to all requests we receive from you wishing to exercise your data protection rights within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By writing to us, you agree to receive communication from us seeking information from you in order to verify you to be the consumer from whom we have collected the Personal Data from and such other information as reasonably required to enable us to honor your request.

Separately, Sprucely Designed does not sell your Personal Data.
